The season is in the books and it's time to celebrate! On Thursday, July 23, from 6:00-8:00, we will have our end-of-season banquet at the Ooltewah United Methodist Church gym. The address for the church is 6131 Relocation Way, Ooltewah, TN 37363. We look forward to celebrating our fantastic season as a team!

As in the past, the club will provide our entrees (BBQ pork & chicken from Rib & Loin), plates, silverware, cups, napkins, and ice. This year, we are also providing baked beans and drinks (water, lemonade, and tea). We ask all families attending to please bring two types of dishes per family of a side item (two sides, salad and side, or dessert and side) and any required serving utensils. Side dish ideas might include veggie trays, salads, desserts, casseroles, macaroni, etc. If possible, please label your side - including any known allergens.

In order to know how many will be attending and to help with the organization of side items, we will use this Google Sheets document where we ask that you enter your family name, the number of people attending from your family, and the dishes you will bring. (The doc is also accessible via the Links tab of our website.)

We could also use a few helpers who have availability to come early and help set up. There is a column on the Sheet where you can indicate if you're willing to pitch in and help us get tables and such ready for the event.

Please RSVP via the spreadsheet by Sunday night, 7/19, so we can get an accurate count for ordering/purchasing food/drinks.

Please also remember that we will continue to collect for the coaches' gifts through the banquet. If you haven't had a chance to donate online or in person, you can give it to a board member at the banquet.

We're looking forward to celebrating an undefeated season and City Meet championship and hope to see you all there!
