Tidal Waves -

Tuesday (tomorrow) night will be our annual Ice Cream Social and Picture Night. It's always a good time and we get some great photos. Here's the plan:

• We'll get started at 6:30 and will take team, age group, and individual pictures. Once those are done, we'll have some ice cream and pool play time for the kids. We'll wrap up at 8:30.
• We'll have several of our own Tidal Wave parents on hand to take individual and group photos. Thanks in advance to our photography team!
• We're going to open the north (visitor side) gate and the office for the event, but the main lot gate will be closed. Feel free to camp out in the uphill grass or on the pool deck on the north side of the pool. During pictures, we ask everyone please stay off the pool deck on the office end and main parking lot side of the pool -- we want to keep these areas clear so we have a clean background for pics.
• We also need help with setup, cleanup, organizing the portrait lines, and serving ice cream. If you'd like to help, please sign up here -- and thanks! If you haven’t RVSPed, please use the previous link to do so ASAP.
• During ice cream/play time, photographers will be available to take shots of any small groups who would like to have pictures made (families, buddies, etc.). Just find one of our fantastic photographers and they'd be happy to make you famous.
• Once we're done, we'll post photos to a Google Photos album for you to download and use as you see fit. We'll let you know when we've got everything ready to view.
• In addition to pictures, ice cream, & pool fun, tomorrow is also City Meet Poster Night! Every year, the kids like getting together to make posters for our crash area to show our team spirit. Poster-making will happen behind the kiddie pool. So, bring your creativity and some markers and go to town!
