Today we will be hosting Signal Mountain at OSC for our first home meet of the year. Here are the meet-day essentials:

• Heat Sheet: Signal Mountain at Ooltewah 2026
• Volunteers Needed:
  • 1 Scorekeeper
  • 2 Place Judges
• Times:
  • The meet will start at 5:30
  • Warmups will start at 4:30
• Parking: Please follow these guidelines to help keep us in the good graces of our neighbors:
  • Refer to our Meet Day Parking map to refresh your memory of our available spaces.
  • Do not park in the main lot south of the pool until after 5:00 so our visitors have first crack at the 'easy' spots due to their unfamiliarity with our parking situation. 
  • Please do your best to minimize space between vehicles when parking in the unlined lots so we can maximize our available area
• Volunteers: we'll send an email with the what/where/when for your jobs for the meet
• Weather: Any pre-meet updates will be sent via SwimTopia alert. Any updates during the meet will go out via the pool PA + SwimTopia alert.
• Spectator set-up:
  • We're a big team and space is limited, so thanks in advance for helping maximize our space so everyone has a place to hang out between swims.
  • No chairs, tents, etc. are allowed on or inside of the tracks for the pool enclosure.
  • All Tidal Wave tents should be set up on the south side of the pool (the gravel lot side) and around the kiddie pool area. Please leave the north side of the pool deck and grass area outside the fence on that side for the visiting team.
  • Please leave the spot next to the pump house for our announcer's tent.
• Merchandise pickup and cap pickup (for those who haven't gotten theirs already) will be available at the concession stand
