Tidal Waves Banquet information

    We are gearing up for our banquet to celebrate our exciting 2018 summer swim season! The team banquet will be held on Tuesday, July 24th at 6:30 pm at Christ United Methodist Church. The address is 8645 East Brainerd Road.

    The Tidal Waves Board will provide the entree (barbecue pork & chicken), paper plates, silverware, cups, napkins, and ice. Parents, we ask you to bring two side dishes plus your needed serving utensil. Side dishes could include veggie trays, salads, desserts, cooked veggies etc. In place of side dish a few parents could bring lemonade, sweet & unsweet tea. We will need 12 gallons of sweet tea and 5 gallons of unsweet tea and 5 gallons of lemonade. Before you sign up for drinks make sure the needed number has not already been met.

    In order to know how many will be attending and help with the organization of the event, we have created a document where you can enter your family name, the number that will be attending, and the dishes you will be bringing. You can access the document by selecting this link or going to the banquet tab on the website.


    Please rsvp through the link by Friday 7/20 so we have an accurate count for the entree.

    *We will still collect for the coaches gifts. If you haven't had a chance to give your donation you can give it to a board member at the banquet or through the coaches gift link on the website.
